Its been ages since summer got over but I continue to miss the days I spent in Europe, particularly Switzerland, it was my absolute favorite for obvious reasons. I've seen countless pictures of its beautiful landscapes in travel magazines and on the internet but none of them match up to the actual experience of being there. The long stretches of blue water with snow-topped mountains in the background, the lush meadows, cute cottages in the countryside and the extremely enthusiastic swans (you'll know what I'm talking about as you scroll through the pictures) made it worthwhile to visit this paradise on Earth. The weather was amazing but even then scarves, boots and a cute beanie were a must. These essentials went with almost everything!

We stayed at the gorgeous town of Luzern, from where travelling to places like Zurich, Mt Jungfrau, Mt Titlis and Interlaken by train was really easy. I loved each and every thing about being there and for the first time in a long time everything seemed really peaceful and I was able to unwind completely. The first day I spent at Luzern was the highlight of my time in Switzerland. We literally went around eating gelato, buying random souvenirs, boating with the sun pounding on our faces and ate in every cafe that looked pretty (because that's cool right?) Anyways, I'll let the pictures do the talking now!
