Pumps To Kill

I've always wondered what my first 'big' purchase would be, perhaps it would occur at around the age of 23, and I would splurge on a Chanel handbag. It would be THE most coveted item in my wardrobe and I would obsess over it to a point of no return.

With this NOT in mind, I headed to the Dover Street Market sample sale in London, two-three months ago and expected to come back with a few standard items. Instead I instantly fell head over heels for these strikingly red, gorgeous pair of pumps (pun intended). These Simone Rocha's have such a different texture to anything I've ever seen and their detailed embellishments are to die for. I'm always going to be terrified of ruining them haha. So there went my first 'luxury' purchase (and last for a long time) and even though it's not what I expected, I think it's safe to say that it turned out to be for the best!

Before this entire post gets overtaken by these shoes, I do want to point out that the flared jumpsuit I'm wearing is so comfy and the colour is certainly a stand-out. You must have already seen me wearing this belt here and as always it gives the outfit an extra edge.

I hope you enjoyed this post, do keep coming back for more x
